RON, Remote Online Notarizations connect you to a live notary who will notarize your documents.  To begin the process follow these steps

1. Go to Schedule An Appointment.
2. Fill out the Appointment Form and submit.
3. You will receive an appointment confirmation and an invoice.  You must pay the invoice prior to meeting with the notary.  
4. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to upload the document you want to notarize.
5. Upload the document.
6. Complete the Identity Verification
7. Log on at your confirmed appointment time.

IPEN,  In-Person Electronic Notarizations enable you to have the security of an electronic tamper proof seal and still meet face-to face with a notary.  Your document will be uploaded to our secure site and downloaded onto an iPad.  The notary will meet with you in-person and will provide the equipment enabling you to sign the documents.  IPEN services are available through 

Premier USA Notary for all in-person notaries.

To begin the process follow these steps

1. Go to Schedule An Appointment.
2. Fill out the Appointment Form and submit.
3. You will receive an appointment confirmation and an invoice.  You must pay the invoice prior to meeting with the notary.  
4. Once payment is received, you will receive an email with a link to upload the document you want to notarize.
5. Upload the document.
6. The Notary meeting with you will call to confirm the appointment time, place, and identification verification requirements.

Traditional In-Person Notarizations are available for your convivence offering your choice of conventional paper notarizations or In-House Electronic Notarizations.  Our Notary is available to travel to your location or we can provide a signing room for you at our offices.   Our meeting rooms provide a neutral place for your signing needs.  We are conveniently located in Gilbert, Arizona near Val Vista and Warner Rd.

1. Go to Schedule An Appointment.
2. Fill out the Appointment Form and submit.
3. You will receive an appointment confirmation and an invoice.  You must pay the invoice prior to meeting with the notary.  
4. A Notary will call you to confirm the appointment time, place and Identification Requirements.
5. The Notary will meet with you to complete the requested notary.
