Our Remote On-line Notary Services are available to anywhere in the United States.  Our Mobile Notaries are currently providing In-Person Services in Maricopa County.   Please contact us to see if you are located in our service area.

Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Mountain Standard time.  We do have appointments outside of these hours and on the weekends that are subject to our After Hours Fees.  Our Meeting Rooms are NOT available outside of normal business hours.

The time allotted for each appointment starts at the appointment time, and not at the time that the signers arrive or begin to review documents.  In order for us to be prompt we need our clients to respect our time.   Additional Time is billed in 15 minute increments.

Miles allotted will start from our offices to the designated meeting place.  Miles are billed for both arriving and departing from the designated meeting place.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours from in advance from the time of the appointment will be refunded minus a 20% fee. 

 Cancellations made less than 24 hours from the appointment time will be refunded minus a 50% fee.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time will NOT be refunded.

Signer(s) more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will be subject to the same stipulations as a cancellation made in less than 3 hours of the appointment time and the signer will not be issued a refund.

Refunds will not be issued if the Notary Act(s) are not completed due to the fault of the signer(s).

Signer(s) need to be at the appointment with the documents needing to be notarized and a State or Federal issued ID accepted for notarial acts as outlined by the state of Arizona.  The name on the ID must match the name on the documents.  The ID cannot be expired.  Each signer will need an ID.
